A recent study found "that while 58 percent of 3- to 5-year-olds in the U.S. can navigate a smartphone, fewer than one out of six (15 percent) could make their own breakfast" (AVG). In an ever-growing technology and data driven world, much of the focus in education has understandably taken a shift toward STEM-based (science, technology, engineering, and math) initiatives that will prepare students for the coursework and careers of the future. But life skills — how well equipped students are to make good decisions and solve problems in their academic and professional careers as well as their personal lives — must also play a critical role in a well-rounded and comprehensive education. So to help, I've created a Life Skills PDF for your family to guide you along.

Of course, every child is different and develops in their own time so use this chart as a guide. All you need to do, is click here, download and print. It's all yours! Happy Learning!
